DON'T JUST TRAIN
THE RMP ACADEMY SYSTEM
DEVELOP WITH A SYSTEM.
The RMP Method is a position-specific player development system that turns assessment into a clear pathway for improvement.
TRAINIG WITHOUT
DIRECTION.
THE PROBLEM
ASSESS FIRST.
Players are often told they need to train more. More sessions. More drills. More running. More information.
But development does not come from simply doing more. It comes from understanding what matters most.
Generic training can keep players active without actually addressing the areas that will have the biggest impact on their performance.
The RMP Method starts with the player. We assess where they are, identify what matters most and create a clear pathway forward.
TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.
ONE SYSTEM
ENDLESS PROGRESS
The RMP Method creates a continuous development cycle designed around the individual player — not a generic programme.
The RMP Method is the framework behind every player assessment we produce.
It’s a six-stage cycle:
Assess, Identify, Develop, Apply, Measure, Adapt
That starts with an honest, data-led picture of where a player is right now, benchmarked against professional per-90 data and match footage rather than training impression alone. From there we build an individualised development plan, put it into practice in training and matches, then re-assess against the same benchmarks so progress is measured, not assumed. It’s the same process behind every RMP assessment, whatever the player’s age or position.
